It's all about us

Sometimes the problems we have with others ,our spouse, parents, siblings, etc.
don’t really have much to do with them at all, because these problems are actually about us.
And that’s okay. It simply means these little predicaments will be easier to solve. We are, after all, in charge of our own decisions. We get to decide whether we want to keep our head cluttered with events from the past, or instead open our minds to the positive realities unfolding in front of us.
All we need is the willingness to look at things a little differently – letting go of ‘what was’ and ‘what should never have been,’ and instead focusing our energy on ‘what is’ and ‘what could be possible.’
Because, sometimes the only problem standing in our way is the one we created in our head.

sometimes u can't think at all which cause paralyzed even to think about the solution & that's turn to passivity about what or how to do which leads to depression that u can't make anything
ReplyDeleteDepressed people are not always numb. Numbness is an emotion which we all feel. Sometimes depression manifests itself as a deep and lasting sadness, but it is just as common for depressed people to feel "numb." Depression sometimes feels like the absence of emotions. Life has no joy, or no deep sadness. It is difficult to get angry about someting or to get excited about something ,Depression is real. Depression is painful.
ReplyDeletebut it doesn't paralyze your thoughts by changing and controlling ur thoughts u can change ur numbness and will be free and not paralyzed its all about how to change your thoughts and control them
Since we can choose what thoughts we think, that makes depression a choice and you are free so we come back its all about us how we see things differenlty :)))
