Floods in poland

Since 1 week , we have floods here in poland, flooding describes as the worst in 16o years, has already killed 12 people, buildings destroyed.The river reached 8m last sunday,a lot of residents were forced to flee, for a shelter in safe area. locals said they were cut off from water supply and electricity, medicine...... etc . An evacuation has to be done, the situation worsened in many regions of poland as people refused to leave their homes for fear their abonend property would be looted. European union had officailly mobilized emergency operations for poland, reports have estimated flood damage at more than 24.5 million dollars .
